Simfile by Hiryuu
for DDR Encore Tournament II

>>>

Quite the old song I have here, considering it was one that I wanted to do a
very long time ago. I guess the only real reason there was a push for me to
finally go and sim this was that it was called for in this tournament.

Either way, still a very hard hitting song at 200 BPM and it's easily one of
my favorites in the very little I know about GF/DM (aside from the fact it was
bigger back in the day than it is now). In some of the steps that I created
for the higher up difficulties, I wisely chickened out of over-zealous use of
steps, though I still wonder if it would've been any better hitting 16th
drills at 200BPM. Your results may vary.

Rate: 200BPM
Time: 1:27

+ Beginner - 2

Fairly straightforward. The only real challenge to this one is the 'beat 1,
beat 4' quarter notes that are at the start, middle and end of the song.
Honestly, not too hard for a 2-footer, but I labeled it as such regardless
because of the rate/pace of the song.

+ Light - 5

Might be a little tough for a Light file, especially from the 8th note usage
placed in here. Most of the catch will be following the music here, for the
most part, since there really isn't much more to it than a dulled down version
of Standard. There's a little taste of crossing in here, but not very much.

+ Standard - 7

Closer to karaoke and then not. Introduces a lot more crossing, turning and
high octane runs than before. Nearly rated this an 8 because of the abrupt
change in pace from the start to the middle but it isn't consistent enough and
most of the middle towards the end gives way to breathe a little so it doesn't
wear you out.

+ Heavy - 9

Tried my very best not to go with the drums too much but I did stick a few
16th triplets in a few spots for flavor. Most of this is a gigantic,
symmetric run interspersed with a good dose of crossovers. Very fun 'double
orbit' run that I think was created off of this; even if this doesn't make it
through, I'm still pretty happy with this particular chart out of all the
other difficulties.
